BREADFRUIT CHIPS



INGREDIENTS
Breadfruit - 1
Pepper - to taste
Salt - to taste
OIl - to fry




METHOD
1. Peel the skin from breadfruit and slice
    into small pieces.
2. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the 
    breadfruit slices till crisp.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Toss well and serve.
